I loved the location, so close to the arsenale vaporetto stop. It made getting around simple. the staff was always ready with a smile, answering every question with so much care. waking up each morning in our superior double room lagoon view was magical. I enjoyed the sweeping views.
The shower was quite small. It was a bit hard to move comfortably.

The breakfast included a wide selection of quality items. This started our days perfectly. i particularly enjoyed that the bar offered affordable drinks, a generous glass of wine at only 4€, a beautiful touch.

i really appreciated the location. i could easily walk to st marks square and the arsenale water bus stop was very close. the staff were also helpful with directions and travel tips. i also liked having breakfast each morning (the pastries were fresh).
the watercraft noise was quite noticeable throughout the day. it detracted slightly from the otherwise peaceful setting.

the room was furnished well and had everything i needed. it included a comfortable bed and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. i was grateful for the lagoon view, it added to the experience.

the air conditioning was out of service , a fact that was a bit annoying. the room got uncomfortably warm, especially at night. the shower was also quite small. i definitely wouldn't call it spacious.
