adequate stay with some issues
dim lighting impractical sink
the room design was modern but proved impractical i found the sink splashed water everywhere the lighting was dim it was hard to see anything. also there were no drawers or shelves i had nowhere to put my things. the lack of storage was quite frustrating

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring this area. I found the staff to be helpful . The room included a fresh bottle of water daily.
The lighting in the room was poor. I noticed a lack of drawers or shelves for storing my belongings. The design of the sink caused water to splash easily onto the bathroom floor.

safe location helpful staff great view varied breakfast
i found the hotel to be in a safe, central location. the staff were helpful and always available. my room had large windows that provided a great view. breakfast offered a good variety of options , including fresh fruit and local pastries.
the street noise was a little loud in my room because of poorly insulated windows, though it was tolerable.

an elevator offers easy access to all floors of the hotel. the hotel is near the sao bento train station , so day trips are very convenient. the hotel is well-kept , and i noticed cleaning staff were always working.

the hotel is in a central location , within walking distance to many tourist attractions. the hotel's central position made exploring the city very easy. i appreciated the proximity to rua da catarina and the sao bento rail station.

my room included floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a view of the street below. the room had an l-shaped layout, giving it a unique feel. the soundproofing kept the room quiet, despite the street activity. a big shower was also included.

The location proved quite central for my needs. (It was easy to walk to most places).
