Bathrooms include high-pressure rain showers and toiletries. Some suites include a seating area. All rooms include free Wi-Fi.

Dining: local and fresh

The hotel provides locally sourced food. LULU Lounge offers coffee, PMD herbal teas, and afternoon tea with views of Oban harbor and Kerrera island. BAAB Meze & Grill serves Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meats, Scottish seafood, and vegetarian dishes. The Oban Brasserie offers Scottish produce and seafood cooked in the French style.
