charming place
helpful staff good variety fresh food city center
the staff was very helpful. breakfast had good variety. i found fresh food items. it was well displayed and dishes was refilled regularly. i walked to the city center even the hill is steep. the decoration inside are beautiful. staffs are nice. breakfast is good. the location is on the top of the slope and a good view from the window is granted. it took about 10 minutes walk from bus station. reaching the bay is a 20 minutes walk.
the room was small. the furniture was sparse. i wish there was more space for clothing. i heard footsteps from the room above.

free tea staff recommendations homey atmosphere
i appreciated the breakfast. it had free tea and brownies available anytime. the staff provided plentiful recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. it felt really homey here.
the room was quite small. some hangers were available, but i had nowhere to put other clothing.

Fantastic Stay in a Charming Hotel!
amazing view spacious room complimentary coffee fresh brownies
I had an amazing view from my window. The room was very spacious, and the bed felt great. The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee all day. I really appreciated the fresh brownies that were available. The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast had homemade granola and bread, with tasty options.
The shower area was a bit small. The whole floor was always wet after a shower

The breakfast had a variety of choices including fresh smoothies granola and fish offering guests a satisfying start to their day and the breakfast room was very intimate and clean. Coffee and tea are available until late evening ensuring constant refreshments and the home baked brownies are delicious.

The staff were warm cute and polite. I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM and found the key in an envelope with check-in instructions facilitating a smooth after-hours arrival.

adequate stay but with some drawbacks
breakfast setup doorway
the staff seemed eager to assist with any requests i had. they were available when i needed something
the breakfast setup felt suboptimal the line formed right at a doorway. this caused congestion and made it difficult to move around during peak hours. i think a redesign of the breakfast area would greatly improve the guest experience
