the staff was very helpful. breakfast had good variety. i found fresh food items. it was well displayed and dishes was refilled regularly. i walked to the city center even the hill is steep. the decoration inside are beautiful. staffs are nice. breakfast is good. the location is on the top of the slope and a good view from the window is granted. it took about 10 minutes walk from bus station. reaching the bay is a 20 minutes walk.

the room was small. the furniture was sparse. i wish there was more space for clothing. i heard footsteps from the room above.

I had an amazing view from my window. The room was very spacious, and the bed felt great. The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee all day. I really appreciated the fresh brownies that were available. The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast had homemade granola and bread, with tasty options.

the breakfast setup felt suboptimal the line formed right at a doorway. this caused congestion and made it difficult to move around during peak hours. i think a redesign of the breakfast area would greatly improve the guest experience
