wall view excessive breakfast
the location was acceptable, being near the main attractions.
the room faced a wall, it was very disappointing. breakfast wasn't included, its 25 euros seemed excessive. the murano factory visit only included a quick demonstration before pushing for sales.

The breakfast had a good selection. the air con in my room was really effective. the room size was good. I felt very comfortable. there was a very comfortable bed. I slept well each night.
the hotel itself is small. the furniture looked old fashioned and a bit shabby. my room felt dark, twice. i wished for more light.

helpful staff quiet area easy access great recommendations
the staff was helpful with tour and restaurant recommendations. the hotel is in a quieter area. it was easy to reach all the landmarks. i highly recommend this hotel.
the hotel itself is small (but that's pretty normal in the area).

charming canal-side stay
venetian room air conditioning barista coffee
the rooms felt venetian and comfortable. the air conditioning worked well i needed it . breakfast provided many tasty options with barista made coffee. i found the short walk from the alilaguna stop to the hotel quite easy as there was only one bridge to cross.
i did find the hotel itself quite small which impacted the overall space and layout.

the hotel is in a quiet area near san marco square access from the airport is easy. gondolas are just outside the hotel, so transportation is convenient. several restaurants surround the hotel providing good choices.

the hotel has a lovely breakfast area with fresh pastries. barista made coffee is available each morning and it is delicious. there are many options for breakfast and the area is always kept clean.

my beautiful room had comfortable pillows and high quality linen. the room featured a canal view and spacious layout. the lift made accessing the room easy and luggage transport simple.
