I found the staff very kind and helpful. they provided recommendations for local sites and restaurants. the location is excellent. It offers easy access to main attractions and various transport options. breakfast was beautifully presented with good standard items.. the hotel boasts authentic charm with a beautifully up-kept hotel.

my room lacked shampoo or conditioner. i only found very low quality shower gel.

the hotel sits near a smaller canal that flows into the grand canal. a large supermarket is right next to the hotel. the area offers a quieter atmosphere, which can be a lovely change of pace after busy sightseeing.

the hotel is very close to a supermarket , which i found convenient. breakfast had a nice aesthetic and was in a lounge room. the staff was cute , i appreciated that.

the room felt small once i placed my bags down , there was not much space to move around. the bathroom was also quite small. the air conditioning was not working , i was informed about restrictions after october 1.

the location was central for my planned activities. i found it very close to the water bus station , made travel simple. the provided breakfast included delicious fresh pastries, which i enjoyed each morning.
