excellent facilities and location

the room was large and comfortable. the tv offered chromecast capabilities, great to stream netflix from our phones. the shower was also notably spacious and easy to use.

The room was quite noisy. Every sound was audible. a group of people were laughing loudly and slamming doors around 2 am, this made it challenging to sleep well.

the superior double room sofa bed included a comfortable bed and ample space. blind curtains were effective at blocking out light, contributing to restful sleep, so it was great. air conditioning was available for temperature regulation.

the staff was kind and helpful . they made a significant difference with their prompt service. emergency amenities were available and very useful when needed.

the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation. the tram station is very close to the hotel, this makes it easy to reach the city center. getting to various destinations was quick.

the room service pizza option was good.

i encountered an issue with the room keys , as they stopped working multiple times. i had to go to the reception repeatedly to get them reactivated. this became quite frustrating , especially when i was in a hurry or returning late at night.
