I found the hotel's location convenient. It was very close to various pubs, shops, and restaurants. The updated bathrooms were a great feature. I also appreciated the helpfulness and kindness from the staff.
I noticed some noise due to the window insulation, which could be improved for a quieter stay.

The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful . I enjoyed live music at the pub located in the hotel and the upgraded room was comfy. Coffee in the room helped me get ready each day.
The noise from outside was noticeable and affected sleep quality. I could hear sounds from other rooms and the street below. The thin window did little to block out the noise.

worn carpetsbathroom mold
the hotel its location was good. the room i was given was not great. the carpets looked worn and the bathroom had mold spots i did not expect. the noise level from the street was high. sleeping was difficult with the thin windows and loud music from nearby pubs.

i found a very clean bathroom with good water pressure. the room included a large family room that was well kept. live music in the pub created a vibrant atmosphere. a full irish breakfast gave me a satisfying start each morning.
i noticed a slight draft because the windows weren't completely sealed.

the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. they responded quickly to my request. i felt very welcomed and well-cared for during my time there. everyone were really good too ensure a relaxing visit.
