The parking fee felt excessive. I was charged extra PER night and it seemed like a HUGE cost. The room, while okay, had a distinct smell. It wasn't terrible, but it was noticeable and annoying. It made me wonder about the cleaning protocols.

The hotel location made accessing the World Forum simple. I had only a six-minute walk. The room design included a mini-fridge, a kettle, and an ironing board. Breakfast offered many choices for a healthy diet.

breakfast had many choices and delicious healthy toasts. i really liked the chrome cast feature in the rooms. the air conditioning worked normally, so i had a cool room for sleeping. they stored our luggage for free when i arrived early (how nice!).

i noticed the shower gel bottle was empty, so i had to ask for it to be refilled.

the staff provided a very cute atmosphere, especially for my daughter, with a welcome bag for kids and poffertjes brought by the manager at breakfast, it made her feel very special.
