the hotel location proves very convenient. the train station is easy to reach by foot. i liked that checkout was at 12pm, there was no rush.

the air conditioning did not work as well as i expected.

the staff were very friendly and helpful i found a water dispenser in lobby with both still and sparkling water, it was acceptable.

i booked two rooms, however, only one room was ready at check-in and the extra bed in the second room was not made, also missing were the sheets. the toilet seat in the first room was not clean.

The location is very central. Many attractions are nearby. Staff members were cute. I had a comfy bed and an excellent night's sleep. It was very quiet. I also enjoyed a good evening meal in the restaurant.

There were no slippers. I realized I'd forgotten my slippers and asked if they could give me a pair, but they had no more slippers! After a shower, my husband found some blood stains on a clean folded towel. This is not expected for a four-star hotel.
