good quality helpful staff slow process corridor wall

the breakfast offered many choices and the quality was good (i especially liked the pastries). i found the staff very helpful, they were available whenever i needed assistance.

the check-in process was slow, i waited in line for about 20 minutes. the headboard of the bed in my room was against the corridor wall, i felt the vibrations from doors closing.

the hotel location proves very convenient. the train station is easy to reach by foot. i liked that checkout was at 12pm, there was no rush.

the air conditioning did not work as well as i expected.

friendly staff water dispenser missing sheets unclean toilet seat

the staff were very friendly and helpful i found a water dispenser in lobby with both still and sparkling water, it was acceptable.

i booked two rooms, however, only one room was ready at check-in and the extra bed in the second room was not made, also missing were the sheets. the toilet seat in the first room was not clean.

central location comfy bed good meal missing slippers blood stained towel no slippers available

The location is very central. Many attractions are nearby. Staff members were cute. I had a comfy bed and an excellent night's sleep. It was very quiet. I also enjoyed a good evening meal in the restaurant.

There were no slippers. I realized I'd forgotten my slippers and asked if they could give me a pair, but they had no more slippers! After a shower, my husband found some blood stains on a clean folded towel. This is not expected for a four-star hotel.
