the staff were very helpful during my entire stay. they checked me in early because of my early flight. i was also given a late check-out without any issues. the location proved convenient for accessing public transport and bikes were available for rent near the hotel.
the air conditioning was quite noisy even when turned off.

this hotel is located near a tram station, only one stop from the central station. the hotel is large and extends up to the nineteenth floor. the availability of tea and coffee in each room was particularly convenient.

my room was clean and furnished actually. i had an amazing view stretching to the sea from my room on a high floor. wifi worked without any problems, i found the bed particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.

The breakfast offered many veggie and vegan options. Even picky eaters would be satisfied. My room featured a super clean space and a comfy bed. I enjoyed the lovely view from the high floor over the city.
I ordered slippers during the night, but I never received them.
