I found the staff to be friendly. The hotel provided period furniture. The lounge area overlooks the street.
The breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price. I noticed some signs of water entry around the frame in my room. The pillows provided weren't VERY comfortable.

The hotel's location is superb for exploring. i was able to easily walk to everything i wanted to see. the staff was very helpful with directions. i also appreciated the bike rentals offered directly at the hotel. It saved me time.
the stairs were a challenge with luggage.
