historical charm and great amenities
unique experience parking facilities
i loved the unique experience of staying on a ship (it's not every day you get to do that!). the parking facilities were also a huge plus. accessing other areas was simple because the water taxi service made the venue accessible. the breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of options.
the hotel shop's early closing time at 17:00 was quite inconvenient. finding drinking water after that required a 20-minute walk, which wasn't ideal.

the staff were friendly and helpful and looked great in their uniforms. the shuttle bus drivers were helpful and provided excellent assistance when we needed transportation to nearby locations. the service.

The ocean wine bar was a highlight and i thoroughly enjoyed the high wine experience there. i also really enjoyed the bar. The piano players were great and contributed to a wonderful ambiance (i always love a good atmosphere!). breakfast and meals on board were nice.

The Executive room provided ample space, with a great view of the ship's front, i noticed the bathroom was clean and looked recently updated. I found the food delicious and the breakfast selection extensive.

Fantastic experience on the ocean liner
local snacks friendly staff efficient service
I spent time at one of the bars. The lovely judea served me drinks and snacks. She was friendly and efficient. Judea even suggested a few local snacks, and they were excellent, i really enjoyed them. the staff was very hard working and pleasant TOO.
the shower was clogged, and i told the reception, but nothing was done about it!

The staff assisted with early check-in. That helped since i was tired after traveling. Volunteers led combined tours giving super friendly and knowledgeable experiences. Reception staff provided assistance. I felt they were very friendly.

The hotel is on the sea. This made it very calm and nice. Transport to the city requires a car, i noticed. The hotel is in a remote location.

The ship has original furniture, and it feels like a trip back in time. Interiors of the ship are gorgeous. I loved the unique atmosphere. The hotel is well-kept and beautiful.

Good ship stay
fine ship large room comfy bed extra cost poor communication week delay
The ship has a fine look. The room I had was large. The beds were comfy. I found the small childrens pool great for kids.
Extra costs were added at check-in. These were for room upgrades, breakfast, and city tax. The communication before arrival was very poor. They take up to a week to answer an email.

the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. i found the water taxi dock at the bottom of the ship quite handy. the staff were very helpful to me.
the cleaning service was not good! the first day they forgot to clean the room
