The location is superb, just steps from everything!!! i easily walked to shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and modern. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile.
the room was a little too warm, and i couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature initially.

The service desk offered luggage storage after checkout. This allowed for more exploration. staff responded quickly to requests! the team was available 24/7 and provided maps, directions, and local recommendations that were very helpful.

the hotel has a gym with three treadmills and weight machines for workouts. there is complimentary coffee available near the lobby. i really appreciated this added touch.

the hotel bar served a wide selection of drinks including local beers and cocktails. breakfast had fresh pastries, fruit, and hot items! the breakfast area was spacious and well-lit. the food was AMAZING!!!

Breakfast was quite good with several choices.
The room was smaller than I anticipated. The noise from the street at night was distracting, a constant stream of traffic and loud pedestrians made sleep difficult, I expected better soundproofing from a hotel of this supposed standard. The bathroom had a strange smell that lingered throughout my stay it was quite unpleasant.

i found the location ideal for travel. metro and shops were very close. the building seemed very safe. my room was clean and it had almost everything i needed.

the room had comfortable beds. the bathroom offered nice toiletries. the hotel is part of the beurs world trade convention centre so it was fascinating.
the breakfast room required a long walk through the wtc. it was not a very restful hotel stay. noise came from other guests during the night. building work started early.
