comfortable bed convenient machine loud noise broken machine

the sauna were relaxing, and the bed were comfortable. the tv embedded in the bathroom mirror were a good surprise. the staff were excellent, they ensure our comfort. the ice machine in the hallway were convenient, too.

the first room i were put in had a loud continual clicking noise from the refrigerator. this make it difficult to sleep. the coffee machine in another room i got were broken, and that are a solvable problem i expect to not find in a hotel like this.

The room was clean, and the bed felt very comfortable. I found the bathtub quite large (it was quite a surprise). The location proved convenient with transport options nearby. Breakfast offered plenty of choices.

The minibar was empty upon arrival (I found it a bit odd).

Great Location and Spa

I enjoyed the free upgrade to a spa room with a sauna. The hotel's location is central, near the bridge and the Maritime Museum. The staff was helpful throughout my stay. I also found the coffee machine great.

The breakfast had some issues. Scrambled eggs were not good.

The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was of high quality. I was able to get a cappuccino each morning. There was an option for non-dairy milk.

My room included a comfortable bed and a great shower. The premium bathroom products provided were also very nice. I liked that they were in sustainable pump packs. The room had a good view of the harbour.
