Nice Stay with Excellent Service

I appreciated the excellent care taken by the staff, especially Brit. She ensured my dog and I had an amazing time. The offered breakfast compensated for the initial room change. Brit even personally delivered it via room service. The view from the room proved fine. My dog and I enjoyed watching it together.
I noticed some minor sound issues with music impacting the room.

The check-in process was efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful (a real plus after a long journey!). The room included all necessary amenities. The location is convenient, right in front of metro and tram stations, made getting around very easy.
The minibar had limited options, containing only a small water bottle.

i found very beautiful furniture, even a cute cute note on the mirror. the breakfast was amazing, the best breakfast i had ever tasted. i got a free breakfast, i felt so special.
the restaurant was closed for dinner, i found that quite sad. minimal chairs were in my room, i wish i had some more.

I encountered issues . The lack of bathroom privacy was difficult. The breakfast at 9:30 AM had items not replenished, disappointing. I found the price excessive considering the limited selection and quality.
