I found the staff very friendly and cute! The building has a beautiful design and felt very clean throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the spa area. It provided a great way to relax.

My room felt outdated. I could hear my neighbors quite clearly through the connecting doors. This made for a less restful night.

I stayed here awaiting the arrival of my grandchild. My daughter's house is very close, so the location was practical. The concierge George asked if I needed anything, even mentioning the weather. The hotel restaurant had great staff that accommodated our needs, (especially the dietary ones) s. The provided suite was very clean, and drinks were offered extensively. The staff accepted, handled, and provided special requests with ease. I also found convenient access to public transport. There were many great sights nearby.

The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. I felt as if I was suffocated with the smell.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. the hotel provided treats, a dog bed, and a dog bowl for my pet, which i appreciated. the location is central and near the ocean.
