Modern Stay with Some Minor Hiccups
spacious room blackout curtains keycard system
The room was spacious and clean. Blackout curtains were a nice touch. I also appreciated the complimentary water. The security at the hotel felt very good with the keycard system.
The room lacked basic comfort features. I missed having a coffee machine. The corridors needed ventilation. The smell resembled one from a student dormitory.

Breakfast offered a good variety. I saw scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, and other delicious items. The staff were kind. The place was modernly decorated. This made my mornings enjoyable!!!

surprised by the good services
helpful staff attended desk nice areas great breakfast
i found the staff helpful. there was a desk attended all day, i felt secure. communal areas are nice, i appreciate that. breakfast had good value, it was great.
syncing the app to an email i did not use to book, it was complicated.

This place included a laundry room and a gym. there were several living rooms. the restaurant and café are cozy. This is useful.

the hotel is near a tram stop and public transport is available. i found a night shop across the street. kralingen park and lake are not far from here. bars and restaurants are close to the hotel.

small room worn gym
the breakfast was good and offered a decent variety.
the room felt quite small, even though the pictures online suggested otherwise. i found the gym to be a bit worn, and one of the machines was out of order for a significant portion of my stay. housekeeping seemed to only replace towels but didn't do much actual cleaning.

public transport relaxed vibe easy vibe
The location had great public transport links. the wifi worked fabulously. the vibe felt very easy and relaxed. It didn't seem like a formal hotel at all.
the beds were really narrow unfortunately.
