I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff . The hotel's location next to the central train station made it easy to travel to other cities. The hotel has an agreement with a gym next door. This was a great bonus for maintaining my workout routine during my trip.
I found the hairdryer in my room was not working. I requested a solution at reception, but none was available.

The location was EXCELLENT. It is close to the train station. The room included a mini-bar with complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff members were friendly and helpful . My room offered good sound insulation.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and I found it to be quite standard.

the location is fantastic! it's super close to the train station and city center, i was so excited. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, they were amazing with my questions and requests. the value for money was really good.
The cleaning service was a real letdown. rooms were not cleaned on time. It often happened very late in the day and that's bad! i noticed dust on the curtain and window, a bit of a bummer.
