Fantastic Stay Near Everything!
bike rental kitchen amenities lobby coffee
I loved the bike rental! Having that option made exploring so easy. The full kitchen amenities in the room were perfect I used them a lot. Also coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby which was a plus.

excellent central spot
plentiful breakfast perfect location coffee pads
The breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. the location is perfect. The mauritshuis museum is a few steps away and parliament is across the street. restaurants and shops are nearby. i found the nespresso machine with three coffee pads quite useful.
the staff was disappointing. when i told them about no housekeeping service, the first thing they said was about the do not disturb sign. they seemed to want to place the blame on us instead of apologizing.

the breakfast was nice and offered various options. the breakfast room is spacious and well-lit. i found the coffee and tea available 24/7 a real plus.

reception staff were very friendly, scoring a solid 10/10!!! the staff responded enthusiastically to every request. there are complimentary drinks and snacks available on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays too.

the room was large and the bed was comfy. the bathroom cleanliness was superb and it included quality toiletries. i was happy with the well-equipped kitchen inside the room.

adequate stay, some issues
great location good breakfast stuffy air limited housekeeping
the hotel location is great. shops and restaurants were very close. breakfast was included, and i found it to be good value.
my room was quite warm. it was not possible to open any window, so the air felt stuffy. housekeeping did not clean the room daily. this was disappointing since i expected more frequent service for the price.

The hotel features a parking garage with limited spots that cannot be reserved in advance. The entrance is located at Hoge Nieuwstraat 19. What type of beds are available in the double rooms?
