Fantastic Stay Near Everything!

I loved the bike rental! Having that option made exploring so easy. The full kitchen amenities in the room were perfect I used them a lot. Also coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby which was a plus.

The breakfast was plentiful and nicely presented. the location is perfect. The mauritshuis museum is a few steps away and parliament is across the street. restaurants and shops are nearby. i found the nespresso machine with three coffee pads quite useful.

the staff was disappointing. when i told them about no housekeeping service, the first thing they said was about the do not disturb sign. they seemed to want to place the blame on us instead of apologizing.

the hotel location is great. shops and restaurants were very close. breakfast was included, and i found it to be good value.

my room was quite warm. it was not possible to open any window, so the air felt stuffy. housekeeping did not clean the room daily. this was disappointing since i expected more frequent service for the price.
