The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. The room was clean and well kept. Free water and snacks were available, a welcome addition.
The hotel is a bit removed from the main attractions. A walk of about 20 minutes is necessary to reach the city center. I found the bathroom could use some updating.

the LOCATION was acceptable and fairly central, making it easy to get around.
the 'superior double or twin room' i booked felt far from superior. the furniture LOOKED old, and the bathroom WAS small and cramped. also, there wasn't even a minibar, just a sad, EMPTY space where one SHOULD have been.

a solid stay in the heart of it all

the air conditioning worked excellently, which i found very helpful during a warm period. the hotel sits just a short walk from avenue louise and the city center. i found many great restaurants nearby. the staff were always friendly and ready to help.
i noticed only one minor issue, the hot water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger.

The hotel features fast elevators, which helped move between floors quickly, and a well kept lobby area with comfortable seating. It made waiting easy.

The hotel's location is near public transport, specifically the tram and underground station. I found it easy to travel around the city. several nice shops are within walking distance.

My room included a large window that let in natural light and blackout curtains that helped ensure good sleep. I slept well. the room was also very clean upon arrival.
