the location was on the main road making it quite accessible.

the tv in the room was not working at all. a staff member brought over 15 remote controls to try and get it to work, but they still could not fix it. i think they should focus on these small things for their customers.

i found great value for the money we paid the room was nice and warm it provided a lovely cosy sleep which was the objective of staying while touring the area so it was perfect for our needs i liked that the front desk operates 24/7. the staff helped me with a charger for my phone free of charge which i appreciate a lot. the rooms were super clean and cozy everything was nice.

i noticed the curtains in the room were a little difficult to close completely

My standard king room included a king-size bed with fresh linens two bedside tables with lamps and a tv with many channels. It felt very spacious. a work desk with a comfortable chair was available should i need it and a closet with hangers.

faulty tvdated hotel

I found a couple of things a bit off . The TV in my room flat-out refused to work (so much for catching up on my shows). My view was less 'scenic vista' and more 'stark brick wall' (not exactly the postcard moment I was hoping for). the absence of a restaurant or bar was a real downer. The hotel felt rather dated, especially considering the price I paid.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Rooms were also very quiet and i slept great. Parking was easy and it was nice.

The tv didn't work. There was no view. Only a brick wall was visible. The hotel was very dated for the price, so it was not good value for money at all

The reception staff were very friendly. I had requests, and Vanessa at reception was helpful. I found the service prompt and efficient when I needed assistance with directions.

Parking was free and readily available. The hotel's location provides an easy, flat walk to the town centre and port. I found the convenience of reaching nearby amenities very useful.
