The bar was great and provided good food. The sitting area was comfortable. The bedrooms were clean. They were also comfortable.
I was told exactly when I had to have breakfast. 8.15 is not a relaxing start. I would have liked plain yoghurt, not sweetened fruit flavored yoghurts. The bread was supermarket white. It also ran out.

the room was dated , with a washbasin oddly placed in the corner and no proper wardrobe , just a rack. the shower was small and showed some mould. the window didn't seal well , letting wind whistle through.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and cute atmosphere. Julie greeted us warmly and was very accommodating (a true gem!). Our room offered a lovely loch view. It included everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The chef cooked everything to a very high standard.
I found that room service could have been more attentive. I understand the owner was very busy, but it still affected the service.

Decent stay with minor issues

loch viewhelpful staffgreat restaurantdated roomnoisy startundercooked breakfast
The location offered AMAZING views of the loch. The staff were great. The restaurant provided a great place for dinner and the pub was perfect for evening drinks.
The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Doors banged downstairs every couple of minutes from 7am. This made for a VERY noisy start to the day. The breakfast was average and undercooked.
