the hotel is very close to the metro station, just an 8-minute walk (it's pretty easy to find). this station connects to many key areas, particularly the city center. although they don't have laundry services on site, the staff gave me some recommendations for local places.

i thought the room smelled a little too much of cleaning chemicals. it was a powerful scent, a bit unpleasant.

the hotel's location is great (i really enjoyed this aspect). it is just an eight-minute walk from wien-mitte station. i could easily connect to the airport from there. a tram line runs right in front of the building.

the hotel lacked a minibar or security box inside the room, a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is quite close to the metro station, it takes about eight minutes by walking. the station is convenient and easily accessible to other places, especially the central area. the staff is very friendly. Every question i asked was answered promptly, including advice for dinner and ordering a taxi.

I found it a bit of a drawback that there was no desk to work with a laptop in the room. It made finding a comfortable workspace challenging.

the staff was very helpful. jumana was efficient with bike rental and very friendly. adriano gave great recommendations for local wine bars and restaurants. his transport tips were great.

i thought the hotel would be larger based on photos. the room reeked of cleaning chemicals, overpowering the space.
