The location has grocery stores nearby. A desk was available in the room, and it was big enough for working.
The breakfast was quite ordinary. The sheets and blankets were so small they did not properly cover the bed (it was very unsanitary). Maids entered the room without knocking even with a "do not disturb" sign. Staff indicated this sometimes happens.

I found the hotel rooms to be VERY spacious. I did appreciate that housekeeping changed towels and linens every day. It is true that the hotel is near tram stations, so all attractions were easily accessible.
hallways had a STRONG smell. I also noticed that the WiFi connection was slow at times.
