The room size was a HUGE disappointment. I booked what I thought would be a spacious double room, but it felt cramped. The carpet looked quite stained and worn. This detracted from the overall cleanliness I expect.

The breakfast offered a variety of options. I liked the fresh fruit and yogurt. the location was amazing, with easy access to the metro line. Getting around the city was very convenient. the staff members were friendly. Their attentiveness.

the room had a floor-length mirror, useful, and i found there were plenty of plug sockets. the bathroom was spotlessly clean and well kept, a HUGE plus. there was enough shower gel provided.

the breakfast included fruity, natural yogurt plus tinned and fresh fruit. there were six different types of bread available each morning. i also saw ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, and red peppers.
