surprisingly great stay
easy access grocery stores
the location offered easy access to the center (a definite plus!). public transportation was close by, and i found grocery stores nearby very convenient. the downstairs bar area looked nice. the room was large, the bed comfortable, and the shower good, all adding to a positive experience.
the carpet in the room had some noticeable dirty spots (i hope they can address that).

the hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to public transportation and grocery stores located nearby, it makes getting around and stocking up on essentials easy and convenient. tram stations are also easily accessible.

the hotel has a bar area located downstairs that seems inviting and well-kept (i only glanced at it). left luggage service is available to guests, this allows convenient storage of bags after checkout.

the staff was helpful and friendly from what i experienced. they allowed me to check in earlier than the designated time, this gave me a head start to explore the area. the staff in the breakfast area were particularly excellent.

the hotel had quick access to several public transportation options. our room had space, light, and cleanliness, which i appreciated! the lobby was really colorful.. so cheerful. they kept our bags safe in a locked closet after we checked out.
i noticed the carpet needed a bit more attention. a few stains were visible.

The location is convenient. It provides excellent connectivity to all areas of the city. The breakfast selection included many great choices. Markets located near the accommodation added practical value to our stay. The staff demonstrated consistent friendliness and responsiveness. The team was helpful. Communication with the hotel representatives was quick and simple.
I found that the room lacked air conditioning, a small inconvenience during warmer days. This made it slightly uncomfortable at times

roomy and well-located
friendly staff spacious room nice balcony
the staff were excellent , especially jovan, he looked after us in a friendly manner. the room was very spacious, with a balcony. we booked a quadruple room, and it could easily fit another bed. the hotel had no cons to report.
i failed to read the cons that the rooms do not have air con , however , they provided a large fan, but it was not much relief, and one could hardly sleep.

the hotel is somewhat close to the station. it's near a metro station , and the location is convenient. the hotel is close to public transport , including the subway.
