efficient air conditioning large room vast choice slow bar service limited dinner menu difficult service
the room upgrade was nice it provided a large space. the air conditioning was efficient it maintained a good temperature.
the bar service was slow despite it being quiet. dinner menu choices were limited for longer stays. it was difficult to get served in the bar area.

beautiful garden attentive staff great detail
the gardens were beautiful i explored many areas including the kitchen garden. the staff were attentive they booked a horse ride and transport for me. the room had great attention to detail it was superb.

constant off electricity poor management response
the grounds are lovely with lots of areas to explore like the gardens and the kitchen garden
the electricity was off all the time i complained to the hotel management but i got no response my suite didn't have electricity but the reception area did this was inconvenient

tranquility and style
hotel layout beautiful bar attentive staff
i loved the hotel. the layout allowed for privacy, even with a full hotel. the bar with fireplaces was beautiful and cozy, i especially enjoyed the sushi. the staff always greeted me.

tranquility defined
heated pool sun loungers
I found the heated pool particularly inviting with several sun loungers. The poolside restaurant was very convenient for lunch and drinks. It provided quick service. The grounds are also beautifully maintained with vegetable gardens. Several animals wander around. It was a nice experience.

Only the Charles Boccara Pool Suite and the So Chic Pool Suite have pools that are permanently heated. Other pool suites offer heatable pools at a rate of 500 MAD per day. Where can I find more detailed information and photos of the gym facilities?
