the rooftop pool area was a highlight. it features great views of the surroundings. the gym is a good size for a hotel. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the medina, saving time and hassle. i found the breakfast selection very good with omelettes and pancakes cooked to order.
the location is close to the train station. this means there's some noise from the nearby road.

The staff greeted me with a welcome drink upon my late arrival. I received an upgrade to a spacious junior suite, the suite had a modern design. Breakfast offered a very good selection. Staff were available to cook fresh omelets. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar with views of the city. It created a great space to relax.
The telephone in my room was out of order. It was a minor inconvenience.

i found the staff cute. the rooms and facilities were excellent. breakfast ensured i was ready for the day ahead, offering good options. the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient for my travel plans.

Every staff member i encountered was cute and professional. i observed youssef having tea made with ginger, lemon, and honey for a guest feeling unwell. It showed care. zanib at reception arranged a late checkout, which i appreciated.
