i enjoyed the complimentary tea and pastries in the afternoon. it was a lovely touch after long days exploring. the heated pool was so nice because the courtyard is shaded. i got a relaxing massage at the spa. i wish i had booked a longer session earlier.

the reception lost my room key. it caused a delay. i also found prices for food in the restaurants high. i think the quality did not always justify the cost. fresh milk for in-room coffee and tea would improve it.

I found the staff helpful . Breakfast by the pool was good. The hotel location allowed easy access to the medina. My room was very super clean and cozy it was also quiet except for the call to prayers. The hotel decor features fine details and shows good taste. I appreciated the extras such as a bottle of wine in the room. The complimentary Moroccan tea with sweets was a nice touch. The free shuttle service to the country club was also convenient. The staff in all areas were very lovely especially in the jazz bar and at reception. The hotel was clean and well located for exploring the Medina. The beds were comfortable. The country club was pleasant. The hotel also offers a cooking class. I was given recipes to take home and a certificate. Sitting with other guests to enjoy the meal prepared in class was a highlight. The class provided a meaningful and fun experience.

The room was relatively small. There was no mirror inside the bedroom only in the bathroom.

The hotel has a good location for exploring the medina. I walked to the Jardin Majorelle and Gueliz in under thirty minutes. The hotel is down a quiet passage and is not far from the souks.

I stayed in a suite, complete with its own patio. the staff was always there, ready to assist with anything i needed. there were lovely shared courtyard spaces available for two of our rooms. the beds were super comfortable too. I slept so well each night.

breakfast wasn't included, but it was convenient to have it at the hotel each morning.

Dinner by the pool was AMAZING!!! i listened to live local music as i ate. there were also complimentary afternoon tea and pastries available. It was a welcome treat to enjoy each day.

I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions. They ensured every request was handled quickly. I also appreciated the short walk to the riad from the taxi stand. The hotel's location is close to many major attractions, very convenient. I was actually surprised by the cinnamon scent in the reception area!!!
