early check outgood breakfast
the staff helped me leave my car at the entrance. this was useful since i had a very early 4am check out! the breakfast was good and there were sufficient options.
the showers sometimes lost heat and turned cold.

the location was convenient with shops just next door. i found great shopping and restaurants just around the corner, lovely. the woman at check-in was amazing and helped me with everything i needed (she had such a cute presence!). the staff offered helpful recommendations for dining and currency exchange.
i noticed the flooring could benefit from some updating.

the hotel is located in the heart of the gueliz area and offers easy access to many shops and restaurants. i found it simple to reach many sights on foot. the train station is also easily accessible from this location.

the staff were always cute and friendly (always ready to help). i received excellent assistance . the personnel even helped me retrieve a pair of shorts i accidentally dropped from the balcony.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . I appreciated the spacious and clean room I stayed in. I also liked that the hotel is near many shops and restaurants. The 24-hour security.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so it wasn't always cool enough.

I found the rooms to be a good size, very clean, and beautifully decorated. each room includes a desk and ample storage. the location is excellent. I had easy access to gueliz and the medina. breakfast offered an adequate buffet, a welcome start to the day.

The hotel is near a shopping mall. It is also near many restaurants. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. The air conditioning in the room WORKED!!!
