Excellent Hotel Stay!

The location was central. El Jeema and Menara Gardens were each a 20-minute walk. The bedroom was large. It included a king-size bed and a separate toilet and bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were available, and I found plenty of storage space. I received a welcome gift of local pastries and fresh fruit in the room.
The corridors looked a little dark. They could use some brightening.

The hotel had a clean, excellent pool. Shops are near the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center and situated on a street with restaurants. Menara Mall is a short ten-minute walk away from the hotel.

The receptionist was friendly, helpful and looked after my needs. Mr Alami, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and sociable. The breakfast buffet had everything a person could need. Hygiene and freshness were evident.

The room was large and spacious. I found a king-size bed and a separate toilet and bathroom. Plenty of storage space was available, including tea and coffee facilities. A private balcony provided an outdoor space.

The breakfast had a wide array of food choices. It was very tasty. Bellman's were friendly and helpful. The guest relation Wissam is humble and kind.
The hotel looks too traditional. I felt more like a guest in the Riads at the old medina. Some of the front office staff were rude. Most did not have a good attitude. One of the women at the front desk was flirting with us. She was not that professional.

The breakfast buffet had a huge range of food. Coffee was delicious. The juices were also great. The staff printed our boarding passes, and Ali arranged airport transportation. The decor was lovely!
There was a lot of noise from a very busy road outside my room.
