The staff were very friendly and they allowed early check-in on arrival. This was really helpful, especially with young kids. Staff members were also super playful with my kids (which i loved).

The rooms felt a bit outdated, and i felt hygiene wasn't up to 5-star standards. I requested a quiet room, but loud music played past midnight (it was awful). The pool was not heated, so I couldn't use it.

The breakfast was excellent. I found a good selection of fresh food. the horse carriages often passed by, and i found this a good option for getting around. the rooftop bar has a great view.

The staff was always helpful, especially with directions. My Suite was spacious. It included a separate seating area and a large bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, which I appreciated during the hot days.
