the location was amazing and very close to all tourist attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly at all times. the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from, it was AMAZING!!!
the gym had only one machine and lacked basics.

The hotel upgraded our room to a suite upon arrival. This suite featured a view of the vibrant avenue. The staff, especially at reception, were very helpful. Breakfast had many choices. The team ensured our needs were met. The new building has many shops nearby.
The pool area accommodates a limited number of guests. Sunbeds were broken, diminishing the relaxation experience. I found the pool was not heated .

The hotel features a rooftop pool with limited space. Around 35-40 guests fit comfortably. There is also a bar adjacent to the pool. Guests can also use the convenient outdoor mall with shops and various dining options located very close to the venue.

The rooms are spacious. The rooms are very clean and face the main avenue. I found my bed very comfortable and provided a restful sleep. I liked the contemporary style and décor found throughout the hotel.
