Wonderful Hotel Experience
premium service great team wonderful songs
The manager, Mr Adil, showed great availability. Bouchra and Mohamed delivered premium service. I appreciated the wonderful songs from Sine. The hamam team provided great service too.
The elevator consistently stopped at the second floor, causing some annoyance.

My superior room balcony offered a good size. It had a view overlooking the pool, which I liked. The room was clean, which I value. The bed was comfortable.

The location provided easy access to shops. There were many restaurants around, something I always appreciate. The modern area safety was good, a plus for me. The central location was very convenient!

The pool looked beautiful! and inviting. Everything was quite clean, a must. The hotel location is near the city center, a prime location. I found this convenient for my stay

a decent stay overall
helpful staff spacious room tasty food unavailable room annoying lift poor facilities
the staff was really kind and helpful. the room was modern, clean and spacious. it had an awesome balcony. the breakfast was amazing.. you get a big selection of really tasty food.
the facilities weren't great. the use of the baby room wasn't available. the lift would always stop at the 2nd floor which was annoying when i wanted to go to my room after a long day out..

decent stay, a few hiccups though.
uncomfortable pillows noisy ac
The front desk experience wasn't exactly smooth. I reminded me of i was bothering them with every question. getting different tour recommendations was also a pain, so i gave up on those. also. the pillows were not comfortable and the noisy ac made the first night difficult.

the hotel is very clean, and i found the rooms to be well-decorated.. i also appreciated that the staff was helpful with requests. breakfast had a large selection and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

the staff went out of their way to assist with any requests, offering prompt and courteous service throughout my stay. their friendly and warm smiles were a welcome addition to the experience. i appreciated this.

the pool and spa areas were well-kept. the fitness facilities were also a plus, equipped with modern equipment for a good workout. i made good use of these.

the hotel's central location made it easy to access many restaurants and shops. it offered convenient access to key attractions in the area. this allowed me to maximize my time.
