The manager, Mr Adil, showed great availability. Bouchra and Mohamed delivered premium service. I appreciated the wonderful songs from Sine. The hamam team provided great service too.

The front desk experience wasn't exactly smooth. I reminded me of i was bothering them with every question. getting different tour recommendations was also a pain, so i gave up on those. also. the pillows were not comfortable and the noisy ac made the first night difficult.
