The front desk staff was available and helpful . I liked that the location is near two malls. The restaurant's personnel were attentive and kind. I found the food selection at the restaurant to be excellent there.
The hotel seems old, and some updating would improve the experience overall. The furniture appears dated, noticeable.

my room, a standard double room, had everything i needed. the bed was comfy and everything was clean. free parking exists in the parking garage, a relief. the location is near stores.

i stayed in a standard double room for a few nights the air conditioning worked efficiently the bathroom included two separate sinks the hotel also offered free underground parking which was very convenient for my rental car. the front desk staff spoke english very well they also helped me arrange taxis whenever i needed one the pool area was spacious and had plenty of sun loungers available. breakfast included made to order omelets which was a nice touch the restaurant was well organized and the staff kept the buffet area clean and stocked.
i noticed a few drain bugs in the bathtub before i showered
