perfect splash pad plenty loungers miserable staff decaffeinated coffee
the hotel was very close to a big mall with a huge supermarket!!! it was also convenient as there was a pharmacy right next door. the pool had a wide ledge. plenty of loungers were available near the pool.
i found the staff a bit miserable, this really ruined the experience there for me. the breakfast was not good. there was no decaffeinated coffee available unless i paid extra. it was very disappointing.

excellent stay with great service
helpful staff wide ledge plentiful loungers beautiful courtyard
I found the staff very polite and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay there. the pool was huge with a wide ledge. The water overflowed into it. there were plenty of loungers surrounding the pool (always a plus!). the hotel had beautiful courtyards in the centre of each block of rooms, with lush flowering vines.
the hotel didn't allow outside food or drinks, apart from water. basically, i was limited to buying expensive hotel options.

the hotel provided a sovereign shop, a clothes shop, and a gym. the reception area had beautiful decor as you walked in. the breakfast facilities were excellent (especially the fresh pastries!).

the hotel had a sovereign shop and a clothes shop (very convenient for souvenirs). breakfast facilities were excellent. the hotel was located away from the busy parts of the city, in a quiet area. the reception area had beautiful decorations.
during check-in, the staff emphasized that outside food and drinks were not allowed. i found this surprising. the minibar was not stocked daily with water. the room wasn't very clean, and a cigarette smell was present, despite my request for a non-smoking room.

generally adequate stay
huge pool flowering vines tea kettle annoyed reception
The hotel pool was huge with plenty of loungers surrounding it. It made a perfect splash pad for toddlers. the hotel had beautiful courtyards in the center of each block of rooms. Lush flowering vines grew up between each section of rooms.
there were no tea kettles and cups in rooms. when i asked to bring it, the reception reacted with annoyance. later, i asked for a second blanket and received a feedback, 'you just called and asked for a kettle and now you are asking for a blanket, well ok'?
