The staff was very polite and helpful at reception. the cleaning lady offered to clean the room everyday and top up on the essentials. This was so thoughtful. the breakfast was delicious too. The msemen lady was very kind to serve it all fresh. the rooftop pool is big and the views are amazing from up there.

the hotel is in a quieter area, this felt safer. i noticed many restaurants and shops close to the hotel. it is just a short drive to the main square and all the tourist attractions, which makes it easy to explore.

The breakfast offered a lot of choice. i found the rooftop pool area lovely. It included comfy beds. the staff was helpful and provided great service.

The room lacked a kettle. a bin was broken. I found it disappointing. the water pressure was very low on two occasions, and not warm enough for a shower.

The room was located in a quiet area. It was also very clean. Staff at the front desk were always helpful and able to answer all my questions well. I appreciated this excellent service a lot.

I found that the hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions. This made going out at night a little less convenient.
