i found the pool to be a great size. the staff was very helpful, organizing taxis and restaurant bookings for me. they were always available to assist, and i felt very supported .

the hotel is located away from everything. i found this a bit inconvenient as it required more travel time to reach attractions. the breakfast was a bit scarce for what i paid.

The staff was super kind. I enjoyed the delicious sweet selection provided upon arrival. The heated pool was warm, so swimming in December was still fun.

The location needs a short taxi ride to get to the medina.

Really good Service and Tranquil Environment

The staff were cute and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Housekeeping was exemplary. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff around the pool.

The hotel is close to a busy road and the airport. Therefore, it was noisy at times. I could hear some traffic and airplanes. This was occasionally disruptive.

Breakfast offered a good variety including pancakes fresh fruit and eggs. The restaurant provided excellent meals. I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan dishes. Service was always attentive and friendly.
