Good Medina Stay!

I appreciated the helpful staff. They took me to a nice restaurant when I arrived late and could not provide dinner at the hotel. The staff also ensured I could contact someone at all times in case I got lost in the area. Excellent buffet-style breakfast included delicious café au lait with frothy milk. I really enjoyed my stay.

The small en-suite shower room had some maintenance issues. The sink tap was very loose and wobbling. The shower drain was blocked causing the room to flood, it needs an easy fix.

The location is central for exploring the medina area. It is quite easy to walk to the square and nearby restaurants from the hotel, a very convenient feature for any traveler.

The breakfast includes Moroccan options plus fruit and yogurt, which I appreciated. I found hot pancakes prepared on the grill during breakfast. It was good to eat on the terrace, benefiting from a beautiful panorama.

The room had everything I needed, including glasses and a fridge. The staff kept my room clean. I was very pleased with the quality of the fresh linens and the comfortable beds, a good base for resting well.

The staff are cute and friendly. I was like an important guest. The manager assisted me as I arrived. A team member assisted me with my bags and provided a breakfast package for my early departure, very thoughtful.

I found the staff to be really good. Rachid and Hassan were friendly. They were also attentive and helpful during my entire visit. The riad is a short walk to the main square. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

The breakfast offered limited options, and some items ran out quickly.

The rooms are cosy with everything one might need. My room was located on one of the upper terraces. The bedroom door opens directly onto the terrace. Bougainvillea fills it.

The staff is helpful and cute. The staff is exemplary in that they are so friendly. Rashid carried my bags this morning. It was at 6am and he handed me a little package. It contained breakfast to eat at the airport.

The riad is in a little alleyway very close to the main souks. It is about a ten minute walk to the main square. Several lovely restaurants are within a five minute walk away. The location was PERFECT! though the parking was expensive.
