The rooms are equipped with blackout curtains, essential with a baby. The firm mattress allowed for very comfortable sleep, which I appreciated a lot. The hotel is pet-friendly, a real plus! I also found the location quite convenient.

I found the room spacious and warm with an AMAZING bathroom! the bed was very comfortable. parking was available, a real plus. the staff were very helpful. It was like they were always there when i needed them.
the checkin procedure was a little tedious. it felt as if the reception wasn't quite ready to receive guests.

The check-in process was a real pain. the receptionist acted like they were totally unprepared. They were double-checking every price, doing calculations, and addressing the pet and parking fees immediately. meanwhile, my kid was running wild and the dog was sniffing everything. i prepaid! just get us to our room and. the breakfast area was cramped too. It was crowded no matter what time i went.
