luxurious Getaway
helpful staff comfortable bed room upgrade quiet location
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They found me a doctor when i got a chest infection. the bed was comfortable, and i received a room upgrade, a nice surprise. the hotel's central location was surprisingly quiet. i appreciated these aspects.
I found the restaurant menu somewhat limited. I didn't use it as a result.

the location allows easy access to churches, like holy spirit church, and many eateries, offering convenience. the hotel's proximity to points of interest made sightseeing straightforward. the ferry terminal is also reachable.

charming stay
warm greeting delicious dishes
the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine smiles (i loved their attention!). the breakfast included many options, from fresh pastries to cooked-to-order dishes, all delicious. i especially enjoyed having access to the cozy lounge with its inviting fireplace. the location was perfect for exploring the old town, so easy to reach everything.
I noticed noise from neighboring rooms. Soundproofing could improve. this affected my sleep quality a bit.

excellent location warm fireplaces easy access
I found location excellent. It allowed easy access to various churches and many dining options. I liked the presence of fireplaces in reception and breakfast areas. They provided welcome warmth.

The junior suite included an italian shower and a large bathtub, providing direct access to outdoor jacuzzi. I was happy to find the room spacious and well-appointed with all necessary amenities for the duration of my stay.
