decent location but disappointing room
convenient locationsmall roomuncleaned bathroom
the location was quite convenient. it was near the main attractions.
the room i got (i think it was supposed to be a 'classic nunne double room') really let me down. it was much smaller than i expected from the pictures. also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly (the trashcan was full of the previous guest's things).

I was disappointed by several aspects of my stay. the room's air conditioning was INEFFECTIVE. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the day. breakfast service was slow, and replenishing buffet items took TOO long. the selection felt limited compared to other hotels i have visited.

i LOVED how FRIENDLY the staff WERE. the breakfast buffet offered a great VARIETY of options every MORNING. the location WAS super convenient for exploring, I was able to walk EVERYWHERE!
the room's AIR conditioning WAS really loud, even on the 'night' MODE. the shower space WAS tiny, it always flooded the bathroom. i found that RECEPTION wasn't very helpful with local information.
