the location is great i think it is right in the city center. i had easy access to the mall and the gym that was a big plus. the breakfast was really good too it had plenty of options.
the corridors and room smelled like a hospital it was unpleasant. the room had seen better days and the planes were dusty i really did not like it.

The hotel connected to a mall included a food court nearby. It makes quick meals very accessible. Wifi was reliable. I had a downtown view from my room. A convenience store sat around the corner and sold snacks.
I experienced no cleaning in four days, this included no fresh towels or toilet paper provided. The trash was never emptied, unexpected for this category of hotel.

Reception staff greeted me in a cute manner. They were also very helpful with directions. I found their service to be quite efficient. I needed guidance and they assisted.

The hotel is in the heart of everything. It is a short walk to the medieval town. The opera house is also close. A main shopping center sits a one minute walk away.

My renovated room was spacious enough for me. The bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Everything in the room was clean. I found the temperature easy to regulate.
