amazing saunas and service!
sauna selection security assistance
i loved the selection of saunas. drinks and margaritas were top tier at the pool bar. i'm so glad the security guys helped me with my accident. it really meant a lot and i am grateful.

the hotel offers many pools . warm waffles are available for breakfast, awesome for different variations. the hotel has a child-friendly play area located in both the lobby and the breakfast area for families.

receptionists provide assistance with various needs. one receptionist, sofia, helped us get bathrobes for my child. another receptionist assisted us to heat my child's food since the restaurant did not have allergy-free options.

dirty floors worn out towels
the breakfast was good, i guess.
The room was seriously disappointing though. It felt small. the bathroom was worse, with dirty floors and walls. the shower barely worked, just squirted water everywhere, and there were no toiletries, not even shampoo. the towels were tiny and worn out. It was not a pleasant experience.

the breakfast was better than i hoped. i also appreciated the great location near the harbor. the beds were also very comfortable.
