The room felt quite cramped, and moving around with my luggage was difficult. I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. There was no mini-fridge to keep drinks cold. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, even on the highest setting. It was uncomfortable. The bed was also not great. It was two mattresses pushed together. They separated during the night.

The location is really convenient as it is close to the metro.

The room was quite small even by city standards. I found moving around with luggage difficult. There was no fridge, a big miss for keeping drinks cold. Staff seemed unwilling to help with a minor TV issue I had, and it was like they lacked any real interest in assisting guests.

The team was amazing, especially tina, alex, and elvis. They were very helpful. the location is great, a short walk through bercy park gets you to the accor arena. i liked that there was filtered water available in the breakfast area. the breakfast had tasty food with big portions.
