the staff at the reception was great. food was always available and the staff was ready to help us. i found the 24 hours accessible lounge area great too.

the hotel is near the metro but it is far from everything else. the room was not comfortable, it needed more furniture.

i really enjoyed the spacious room. the free coffee from the machine was a big plus (i'm a huge coffee lover!).

i found the air conditioning to be lacking. the room was quite humid and the air wasn't cold. i had difficulty sleeping all nights.

the neighborhood had many good places to eat. exploring the area was a delight and offered many interesting finds. the hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation options.

breakfast had diverse options to choose from. (especially the pancakes!) the hotel allows guests to leave luggage in the lobby for free when they have late flights, very nice.
