inconsistent cleanlinessoverwhelmed staff
The cleanliness was not always consistent. I noticed some areas needed more attention. The staff at breakfast seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. This resulted in delays getting seated one morning and difficulties finding available cutlery.

The steak house really impressed me! I had a 1.1kg prime rib cooked perfectly. Cocktails were also the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly. It is near Val D'Europe for shopping or Disneyland Paris.
I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The wires on the table lamps were very long and my baby could reach them and pull the lamps off the sides.. I had to wrap them around the base.

fantastic stay near disney!
modern roomfriendly staffgreat location
i found the rooms very modern. the steak house and club gatsby offered the best parts of the hotel. i enjoyed the prime rib cooked perfectly and the creative cocktails. staff were very friendly too and the location near val d'europe was great.
i couldn't control the room temperature. it was a bit too warm.

The hotel has a pool right outside for easy access. a free parking space is available driving. wifi is accessible throughout the hotel. It worked perfectly.

The receptionist was kind and positive upon arrival. the staff responses were quick, particularly when i asked questions. they are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that.

broken binlong wires
the bathroom bin looked pretty broken. the shower head only sprays water on a small area, so i didn't feel properly clean. the wires on the table lamps were too long. my little one could pull the lamps over, so i wrapped them up. i expected better from a hotel with that name attached.
