The shuttle to Disneyland proved helpful. (Can't complain about a free ride).
The room access system used a QR code and it did not work. I received a single physical key as a result. Resolving this issue was not a priority because it was the holiday season.

limescale buildup dirty water cooler
I was really disappointed that the room wasn't properly cleaned before i checked in. there were crumbs under the bed, and the bathroom fixtures had limescale buildup. also, the water cooler provided by the hotel looked very dirty. I would have hoped for better hygiene.

mixed feelings about this hotel
parking situation packaged pizza
the breakfast had a wide range of options and that was acceptable.
the parking situation was not transparent and i felt deceived (it was advertised as free). i asked for coffee pods and waited an hour. the pizza i ordered was just a packaged pizza put in the oven, a very poor experience.

A Decent Hotel with Some Shortcomings

Our room had a very useful kitchenette. The hotel's location is good. The free shuttle bus was helpful for transport. I also found the water fountain great (especially for refilling water bottles).
The food prices seemed extortionate. I noticed the hotel and rooms looked unfinished. There were building sites visible from the balcony. I think staff are unhelpful because when I asked for extra bedding, I did not receive it.

fantastic stay near the magic
helpful staff free shuttle clean pool
My visit was great. The staff were so helpful. the free shuttle to disneyland made getting there easy. breakfast had many options. the pool was clean. i appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service. It saved time and effort getting to and from the parks. i also enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a nice spot to relax after a day of adventures.
the sauna cost extra. this was a bit surprising, as i expected it to be included, given the hotel's amenities. it would have been nice to relax there without an additional fee.

Modern Tech and Great Amenities
ample parking modern design cooking facilities
The hotel offered lots of parking. The rooms include modern design and useful equipment. There was loads of space. A family could comfortably spend several days here with cooking facilities and a fridge freezer. The pool was nice to enjoy after a day at the parks.
The QR codes used as room keys were very temperamental. Other guests also had issues, so I worried about accessing my room safely.

The breakfast buffet included many choices and tasted great. I noticed many options were fresh. It was easy to find something for everyone in our group. A convenient start to the day.
