the location was acceptable, being just off the avenue de champagne.

The room felt cramped. the shower pressure was practically nonexistent, it was more like a gentle dribble. i could hear every noise from other guests. Thin walls are a real issue.

the room felt SMALL. i could easily hear noise from other guests through walls. this made it harder to relax sometimes.

Sound insulation was inadequate. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. i found this a bit disruptive.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. the shower cubicle was notably small, it was difficult to move comfortably. also, the room was quite warm and lacked air conditioning. It made sleeping difficult.
